What this site is

Listing information

Listing details come from each firm's own website or from the firm. We check them and show the date, but we can't promise every detail is current. Confirm a lawyer's registration with the ARDC before you hire them.

Sponsored listings

Listings labeled “Sponsored” are paid advertising. Payment affects only the labeled sponsored slot; it never hides, lowers or removes another firm. Fees are flat monthly fees, never a share of legal fees and never tied to cases or outcomes.

Contacting a firm

A message you send goes to the firm you chose. Don't include confidential details. Sending a message doesn't make you that firm's client; only an agreement with the firm does.

Lawyers and firms

If you claim or add a listing, you confirm you're authorized to act for the firm, that what you send is accurate, and that your listing complies with the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct. You name the attorney responsible for the listing's content. We may decline or remove any listing that is inaccurate or misleading. Featured is month to month; cancel any time; partial months aren't refunded.

Removal

Any firm may ask us to remove its listing at [email protected]. We remove it within 5 business days without asking why.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Harvest Season is not liable for any loss from using the site, from listing accuracy, or from dealings between you and any firm.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
